He might have bowed out and accepted defeat, in other to give Nigerians the change they so much seek and desire at a time when we felt he is not good enough we need someone better.
But one cannot forget some of his wise and memorable words which has brought him fame and recognition around the world.
One of such comments he made which stands out and kept one wandering if he was a prophet or saw the future of Nigerians was;
"The choice before Nigerians in the coming election is simple: A choice between going forward or going backward; between new ways or the old ways; between freedom and repression; between a record of visible achievements and beneficial reforms- and desperate-power seekers with empty promises".
Today, just one year + after he left Nigerians are going through the worst recession ever, hunger looms everywhere. Even when you work these days u don't get salaries, everything is upside down.
My people is there any sign of hope?
