25 Years Undergraduate Sentenced To 24 Years For Internet Scam

Well, it seems like the law has caught up with this one, it is no longer news about how these Yahoo boys live extravagant lives in this part of the world and show off their so called wealth with the most beautiful girls in town.
I guess things got sour for this student of Kuala Lumpur University, a Nigerian Undergraduate Hope Olusegun Aroke as he was convicted and sentenced to 24 years imprisonment by Justice Lateefa Okunnu of the Lagos State High Court, sitting in Ikeja for his involvement in internet romance scam that fetched him Four Thousand riaait (N25,000,000).

PHCN - More Blackouts As Electricity Drops To 1,580MW

The highly pronounced power failures across the country in the past few days may worsen following a partial system collapse that occurred on Tuesday, and the continuous drop in electricity generation due to what the government says is the vandalism of pipelines that supply gas to the power plants. As a result, power generation dropped to 1,580.6 megawatts on Wednesday.Data from the Nigeria Electricity System Operator as well as information from senior officials of the different electricitydistribution companies confirmed that power generation plummeted massively on Tuesday and Wednesday.
